Course/admission cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the course, admission stage and the terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
Requests for cancellation or refund should be submitted to the institute with the admission/order/transaction reference. Refunds, where approved, are processed through the applicable payment channel after verification.
Payment gateway charges, administrative charges or non-refundable services may be excluded where applicable and where lawfully disclosed.
Duplicate or failed payments should be reported with the transaction reference so the institute can verify the gateway status and process reconciliation.
